The 9th Working-level Meeting of the SAIs of China, Korea and Japan is held in Beijing of China on 24th-26th September 2013, hosted by the National Audit Office of China (CNAO). A total of 10 representatives of three SAIs participate the meeting.
Upon active participation and warm discussion among the representatives, this meeting shares information and exchanges experiences on the topics of “Training for auditors” for the Joint Research Project and “Audit on the welfare system for the elderly, disabled and low income” for Audit Workshop.
On 25th September, Dr. Dong Dasheng, the first Deputy Auditor General of CNAO, met with all the delegates. He extended warm welcome to the participants, and said three SAIs join efforts and work together to make fresh contributions to bright cooperation future.
According to the agreement among the SAIs of China, Korea and Japan,the three SAIs shall host working-level Meeting in turn annually. After the consultation and discuss, it is decided that SAI Korea will host the 10th Working-level Meeting in Seoul on September 2014, with the theme of“The Status of IT-assisted Audit Practices” for the Joint Research and “Audit of Government Debt” for the Audit Workshop respectively.
